Welcome to CostCraft Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your use of CostCraftSolutions.in and the estimating, quantity takeoff, and related services provided by CostCraft Solutions. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

CostCraft Solutions may provide construction estimating, quantity takeoff, project review, and related services based on information and documents supplied by clients. The exact scope of services, deliverables, turnaround time, pricing, revisions, and other project requirements may vary from project to project and may be agreed upon separately with the client.

2. Client Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information necessary for us to understand and perform the requested work. This may include:

• Project drawings
• Plans
• Specifications
• Scope information
• Project location
• Quantities
• Trade requirements
• Pricing assumptions
• Other relevant project documentation

Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by a client may affect the accuracy, scope, or delivery of our work.

3. Estimates and Takeoffs

Estimating and quantity takeoff services are prepared using the information and documents available to us at the time of preparation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our estimates and takeoffs should be treated as professional estimating support rather than a guarantee of actual construction cost, material availability, labor cost, subcontractor pricing, or final project cost. Actual costs may vary because of market conditions, location, labor rates, material prices, project conditions, design changes, omissions, and other factors.

4. Client Review

Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered estimates, quantities, assumptions, exclusions, and other project information before using them for bidding, purchasing, contracting, or construction decisions. CostCraft Solutions should be notified of any identified discrepancies or requested revisions as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Project Documents

Clients represent that they have the right or authorization to provide drawings, plans, specifications, photographs, and other documents submitted to CostCraft Solutions. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that the materials they submit do not unlawfully infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to keep client project information confidential and will use submitted information primarily for providing or discussing requested services, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for operating our services. Specific confidentiality obligations may be established through a separate written agreement where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CostCraft Solutions retains rights in its original templates, workflows, methodologies, systems, and other proprietary materials used to provide services. Project-specific deliverables may be used by the client for its intended business and project purposes subject to any separate agreement between the parties.

8. Payments

Where payment is required for a service, the applicable price and payment terms will be communicated to the client before or during engagement. Failure to make required payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

9. Revisions

Revision policies may vary depending on the project and agreed scope. Requests that materially change the original project scope may require additional time or fees.

10. Turnaround Times

Any estimated delivery time communicated by CostCraft Solutions is subject to receiving complete project information and may change because of project complexity, revisions, additional requirements, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided for estimating and related support purposes. We do not guarantee that any estimate, takeoff, quantity, or other information will result in a particular bid, contract, profit, project cost, or business outcome. Clients remain responsible for their own bidding, purchasing, contracting, construction, and business decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CostCraft Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from the use of our website or services. Any additional limitations or liability provisions agreed upon in a separate written service agreement will take precedence where applicable.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Interfere with website functionality
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Submit information that you do not have permission to provide

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable law. The specific governing law and jurisdiction may be established in a separate agreement with the client where appropriate.

16A. First Client — 12 Free Estimating Hours

1. Eligibility. The offer applies to each new client’s first eligible project/work order. It does not apply to every project submitted by the same client.
2. Free-hour limit. Up to 12 working hours of qualifying estimating services are included at no charge. The offer is measured in working hours, not in a dollar amount.
3. Standard rate. The standard rate for estimating services is USD $10 per hour.
4. Work beyond the free allowance. Additional work beyond the 12 free hours is chargeable at USD $10 per hour, and only after the client has been informed of the expected paid continuation and has approved it.
5. Scope. The qualifying scope of work should be agreed in writing before work starts.
6. Project suitability. The requested work must be suitable for the available drawings, documents, scope and estimating process.
7. Client documents. The client must supply sufficient project documentation for the requested takeoff.
8. No cash value. Unused free hours cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another client.
9. Revisions. Requests that materially extend or change the agreed scope should be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
10. Quality assessment. The offer gives the client an opportunity to assess the quality of the deliverable. It is not a guarantee of an error-free result, a particular commercial outcome or a specific bid result.
11. Timeline. The offer does not guarantee delivery within 12 clock hours or within any specific turnaround time.
12. Confirmation. Eligibility and scope should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
